We are in search of someone extremely experienced, tech-savvy, reliable, service -driven and dedicated. You will be supervising work in the field, to include the installation and repair of a variety of technologies (such as point-of-sale systems, A/V systems, etc). And you will engage with a variety of customers and industries. So our candidate will be extremely professional in appearance and with all correspondence (face-to-face or otherwise).
You will be based from home and dispatched directly to job sites. Jobs may occur during the day, at night, overnight and on weekends. Your schedule will vary and rotate greatly. However, your noted availability will be taken into consideration at all times. The position will require you to travel frequently (by vehicle or plane) at the company's expense.
Duties may also include (but are not limited to):
1. Performing assembly, installation and repair of equipment, materials and systems as directed, specified and required in the work orders and project documentation 2. Responsibility for reading and understanding assigned project documentation and work orders, and determining if additional information is required 3. Scheduling assigned projects with the customers and arrange for material delivery, tools and equipment needed. Advise Coordinator of requests for shop labor, equipment, engineering and sales assistance 4. Attending regular job meetings when required 5. Informing Coordinators & General contractors of any problems and concerns with assigned projects 6. Maintaining updated as-built drawings and documentation for assigned projects 7. Ensuring customer sign-off on completed projects and that Operation and Maintenance Manuals are delivered 8. Responsibility for reporting daily time and activity to the Coordinator and updating project database information 9. Responsibility for the first 90 days of Warranty Service 10. Promotion of new products and service contracts offered by the company 11. Maintenance of a professional image and building good customer relationships 12. Providing product and system education and in-service training for co-workers, customers and end users 13. Actively participating in personal and professional development and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that the company offers 14. Complying with company policies particularly involving health/safety and code of conduct issues 15. Promoting a team environment

10+ years training / experience with Point-of-Sale Equipment and A/V
10+ years experience/training low voltage electrical work and cable management
