Information Technology Services (ITS) at Old Dominion University is seeking a full-time Senior Engineer to serve as project manager and designer for University audio visual technology projects and to evaluate new emerging technologies for use in academic learning spaces.
Position requires considerable knowledge of the technical installation of digital audio visual systems. Considerable knowledge in the design, configuration, and support of media systems and technology equipment to include digitally, computer-based audio and video systems, with output from various sources.
Preferred qualifications include: Crestron Certified Programmer (or completed Crestron Core systems programming course); InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS); and some experience in the media/technology-related field.
