Job responsibilities & duties include:
Design and engineer audio, video, VTC, and digital recording solutions for a broad mix of environments, including courts, government facilities, auditoriums, conference rooms, training and distance learning centers, etc.
Create CAD drawings and specs for infrastructure requirements.Work closely with our Integration Team during project implementation, provide support as necessary.
Interested candidates MUST fall into one of the following categories to be considered for this position:
Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Engineering or similar field with 2 years of hands-on experience in the design of commercial, professional or broadcast audio and video systems.
Associates degree in a related field with 4 years of hands-on experience in the design of commercial, professional or broadcast audio and video systems.
Six plus years of relevant audio/video systems design experience
CTS or CTS-D certification
A solid understanding of videoconferencing and telco interaction is desired. The ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment is a must. The ability to react to an ever-changing environment and work well under pressure is highly desirable. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical as well as non-technical people is required. Limited travel required for site visits as may be necessary. Experience with DTools is a plus. Crestron and AMX programming skills is a plus.
