Acoustical Solutions is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager. Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to develop, build, and manage a new sales territory. The Territory Sales Manager will develop new business by providing solutions, product, and installation of products that solve acoustical problems.
The ideal Territory Manager will:
Have the desire and motivation to develop and manage a new territory
Build strong relationships with key vertical market decision makers to meet short and long term sales targets
Learn acoustical problem solving skills and apply them to generate sales
Understand and effectively communicate the technical details of Acoustical Solution’s extensive product line to help customers solve noise control problems
Have the ability to build brand awareness in territory by attending local trade shows, participating in local business and trade associations, and conducting “lunch and learn” training sessions with potential customers
Input client information into a CRM database where quotes, communications, and follow-ups will be generated and stored
Provide feedback that will shape future company strategy including: customer feedback, competitive market and product intelligence, and opportunity for new product or service offerings
3 or more years of relationship based sales experience
Prior experience selling into vertical markets such as education, government, and construction
Basic to mid-level experience in acoustics, audio, or construction industry preferred
Ability to initiate, build, and manage long term relationships with customers by providing custom solutions to their problems
Ability to sell and support product offerings
Excellent customer service acumen
Detailed, organized, and professional
