Position is FLSA Non-Exempt ______________________________________________________________________ Job Summary: Coordinate on an ongoing basis activities related to certificate processing and mailing and assigned data entry. Assist with an online calendar of renewal programs and with coordinating logistical meeting needs for multiple volunteer committees. Provide customer service assistance for application processing, candidate eligibility, testing, certification and renewal. ________________________________________________________________________

?Maintain detailed and accurate electronic and hard copy records as assigned
?Provide effective and professional communications and services to stakeholders
?Open, date and process all incoming mail and faxes.
?Processing of certification and renewal applications.
?Processing and mailing certificate packages and maintaining adequate inventory ofcertification materials.
?Assist in data entry related to renewal provider programs as required.
?Assist with maintaining online calendar of renewal programs.
?Process exam and renewal payments as required.
?Coordinate logistical meeting needs for multiple certification volunteer committees asassigned.
?Maintain periodic schedule of review of the InfoComm certification website.
?Pull database reports and maintain records as required.
?Assist with auditing of applications & surveillance program requirements.
?Provide courteous informed information in response to stakeholder’s calls, emails andfaxes.
?Cross trains with other certification staff as a team.
?Other duties as may be assigned.
