Education and/or Experience-
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in related field; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities-
Must be familiar with computer operations. Needs to understand electronic theory and have strong troubleshooting skills. Must have knowledge and expertise in the use of computer aided drafting programs and remote control programming software.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs and charts.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before small groups of employees and on-on-one to customers.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable s in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
