Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
The Network Sales and Support Infrastructure Engineer will support the sales and technical team in our company. The Sales Engineer must have technical knowledge of Audiovisual, Videoconferencing, and Infrastructure Systems. (Examples: Cisco, Polycom, Skype for Business SfB, Crestron, Dante, etc.) Excellent sales support skills such as presentations for technical and/or business clients and demonstration support. The position requires experience of ISP carrier services, IP and UC technology for network solutions selling to numerous markets and management levels.
Technical Sales Support
Work with our sales and AV Engineering team to manage and execute unified communications sales and implementation including but not limited to Skye for Business, Microsoft and teams to coordinate implementation and diagnosis of faults to ensure systems are fully functional.
Administer our company’s internal Audio/Video infrastructure network
Platform Director server
On site network implementation and testing support as needed
Network / Solution Proof of Concept management
Lab testing of new network solutions
Internal technical training to build a core network competency team
Solution and creative selling support
Previous experience and skills in UC and video conferencing technologies and audio visual integration
Strong networking background
Understanding of network fundamentals, experience implementing local area networks and internet connectivity, experience managing network device security, experience implementing WAN and basic IPv6 connectivity.
Strong analytical skills
Willing to travel if needed
Strong focus on network engineering and collaboration
Possess some proficiencies in specialized hardware and software that supports IP collaboration and/or surveillance systems.
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude during
