Looking for an innovative, dynamic professional with a record of accomplishments as Channel Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager who is highly Technical and has experience of selling enterprise level IT / KVM solutions both directly and indirectly through Dealers / Distribution and Integrator channels to end-users in Broadcast, Pro- Video, Editing & Post Production markets.
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Markets that we current support, service and sell but not limited to are: Post Production Studios, TV Stations, News Networks, OB Vans, Sports Arena, Command and Control Centers for Defense and Law Enforcement Agencies, Data Centers, IT Networking, Process Control Industry, Medical Imaging and Industrial Automation.

The expectation of Responsibilities from you:
Develop and grow an existing Territory with a well thought out sales plan for the Sales partners in the covered region/territory.
Work with regional partners to identify and close end-user opportunities.
Responsible for account management, strategy and sales growth for the product line.
Acquire and develop net new Channel business partners.
Develop existing partners via marketing/sales activities to increase revenue.
Create and manage a sales pipeline, forecast, and account plans for all accounts.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to both prospective and existing end-user customers.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Identify and develop Target Accounts.
Meet Clients on a periodic basis face to face and via email/phone follow-ups.
Manage and improve lead generation, measuring results.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
Understand the customer’s needs and expectations

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
The Prospective Candidate should have 5-7 years of KVM / IT Sales and Technical Business development experience, onsite presentation skills and proven track record of Sales with associated market segments and numbers to prove it.
