A leading global electronics manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Event Production Manager in the Orange County, CA metro area.
This senior level role is responsible for management and strategic support of the company's event technology brand including working with the national sales force to maximize the success of end user customer experience.
Using your technical event technology production experience and exceptional customer relationship experience to support the national sales teams to ensure growth from existing clients as well as new business.
Become an active participant in existing client relations to foster new business opportunities in the event technology and video technology space.
Liaison between client customers and internal production team to ensure successful project completion
Act as a constant resource and consultant for all customer clients
Responsible for customer relationship management throughout the fulfillment process
Coordinate projects internally from proposal to fulfillment by working with a cross functional team including creative and production to ensure success , which includes meeting deadlines
Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years experience in a similar design or event production role within the audio visual event technology or event electronics technology industry
